Hello, I'm Joanna

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

You are in the right place if you feel like you’ve already tried “all the things” and still can’t get your health into balance.

We can’t go from over exercising, under eating, restricting food groups, high stress, hustle culture…

And expect our body’s to just drop weight, sleep well, have great energy and work the way it’s suppose to, on demand, when we want it to.

What if it’s the very things you’re doing to improve your health that are actually causing you to feel more depleted?

By living a modern way- we’ve become so disconnected from our roots and what our bodies actually need. We’ve lost touch with ancestral eating and our slow femininity.

Lets stay in touch! (no spamming here)

My Vision

To help people rediscover their own power of their body's innate intelligence and liberate themselves through food and lifestyle choices.

FROM THE BLOG

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle. We believe that the health problems that plague modern society are a result of weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations. This epidemic of metabolic dysfunction is brought on by mineral dysregulation, and minerals largely become dysregulated through chronic stress, past trauma, and poor nutrition.   Our foundational, holistic approach focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet paired with a well-balanced lifestyle.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners look at the big picture rather than the symptoms accompanying an issue. This means that we as Nutritional Therapists do not assume that a symptom is the actual “problem”. Instead, we become investigators so as to find the root underlying cause.  We recommend a balanced diet of whole, non-processed foods and nutritional supplementation to support the foundations of health, which include digestion, blood sugar, mineral balance, fatty acid balance, and hydration.
